By accessing or using ConverzIA, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the service.

2. Use of Service

The service must be used in accordance with all applicable laws and our established policies. Fraudulent, illegal, abusive, or unauthorized use is strictly prohibited. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Third-Party Integrations

ConverzIA integrates with third-party services, including Google Calendar. By connecting a third-party account, you authorize ConverzIA to access, store, and process the data described in our Privacy Policy and as permitted by the third-party service's own terms of service.

Your use of Google services through ConverzIA is also subject to Google's Terms of Service. ConverzIA's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

4. Liability

ConverzIA is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the service. The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied.

5. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated to users through the platform or via email. Continued use of the service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
